How to join our Society

When you join the Japanese Psychogeriatric Society, you need a letter of recommendation of one board member (any one of directors, supervisors or councilors).

Please complete the information, and mail it to the following Secretariat.(If you cannot download, please contact the following Secretariat.)

Once your entry has been accepted at the meeting of the board after the recommendation came in, we will send an account of 10,000 yen for an annual membership fee. When we has confirmed your payment, we will register you as a member.

In case you don't know any member of the board, you may enter the Society on the condition that the chairperson of the Society is responsible for the decision of acceptance of your entry. Please fill up the blanks for applicants in the letter of recommendation, and mail it to the Secretariat with your brief personal record (in which information on your name, final school, and business career is written).
